What is HHC Flower?
HHC (hexahydrocannabinol) is one of the most recent hemp derived cannabinoids that has been shown to have promise as a delta-9 THC alternative. It’s said to be nearly as potent, with similar effects that last a shorter time.
As we know, traditional cannabis derived delta-9 THC has a double bond, and is commonly referenced when comparing it to common legally available cannabinoids. Through the process of hydrogenation, this double bond is broken and replaced with two extra hydrogen atoms.
In contrast to other hemp derived cannabinoids, this is unique due to how much of the typical delta-9 molecular structure is reserved, and leaves us with a cannabinoid that is one of the closest to Delta-9 we’ve seen.
